product Line
The Time2meet product line including Time4ameeting and time4bridge, is produced by
Windsor Technical Services Incorporated, WTS.2 Privacy Policy
The Time2meet products collect some personal data when being used by our customers. This
personal information consists of contact information suach telephone numbers and e-mail
addresses. At no time will Windsor Technical Services use thsi data for any pupose or sell
it or provide free of charge to any other individual or organization. WTS is not
responsible for the use of personal data by its customers and meeting organizers.
3 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
The purchase of any Time2meet product shall be considered acceptance of these terms and
conditions by the customer.
4 Pricing
The pricing quoted assumes continuous lease periods. If the lease is interrupted by the
customer for any reason then a $60.00 reconnect fee will be charged.
5 Billing
After the initial invoice, which covers the first four months of service, WTS will submit
invoices on the first day of the month of the next quarter. If payment is not received by
the last day of that month, service will be discontiued. Billing cylces are based on
calendar months. Credit cards are not currently accepted.
All checks should be made payable to "Windsor Technical Services".
