Time-4-A-Meeting This is the standard product. It is suitable for any meeting. The organizer sets up the date, time, location and subject of the meeting. Attendees can then indicate whether or not they intend to attend this particular meeting. Additional features can be selected by the Organizer: Reminder e-mails for all attendees, admin e-mails every time someone makes a reservation, food choices etc. typically up to three organizers are identified to ensure continuity if one is out of town for any reason. This product can only handle one meeting at a time but discounts are available for multiple subscriptions.

Time-4-Bridge This is a specialized product for card players. It is specially designed for small bridge clubs that meet regularly, say once a week or every other week, in different locations. One of the players volunteers to host each meeting. Time-4-Bridge limits the number of players to the number of tables offered by the host and keeps track of players, subs and those members who are unavailable for a meeting. Reminders are automatically sent out by e-mail the day before the meeting. Multiple meetings can be scheduled.
