Lake Glastowbury

Glastowbury is 46 acres and is 80 feet deep. The dam was completed in 1979. Glastowbury is fished in the Bass Club tournaments. It is usually one of two lakes fished in a particular tournament. A tournament fished on two lakes is called a “split tournament”. Later in the year a second tournament will be held on the same two lakes and every effort will be made to assign the members who fished on Glastowbury, for example, fish the other lake for the second split tournament.

Directions to the ramp - 115 Lafayette - is the closest address to the ramp. From St George Rd, take Manchester, left on Lafayette, right on Hunterwood, first left on gravel road. This is a difficult ramp to find because it is located on the opposite end of the lake from the dam.
