Time2meet Reservations offers a family of products for use on-line. These products are
actually inexpensive subscription services that assist meeting organizers in scheduling
meetings and collecting reservations.
Each subscriber is given a website to describe the purpose of their meeting, including,
date, time, location, etc. The URL of the website is made available to potential attendees
by newsletter, flyer or whichever means the subscriber chooses.
Potential attendees visit the website, read about the meeting details, review the
current list of attendees and, if they decide they want to attend, they can make an
on-line reservation immediately. A few details about the attendee are collected such as
e-mail address and food choice, if applicable.
Attendees benefit from seeing the attendance list in advance and from the quick and
easy on-line sign-up.
Organizers benefit from the automatic collection of reservations. No phone calls or
e-mails to coordinate and record. An attendance sheet can be imported into an Excel
spreadsheet and printed with a few clicks of the mouse.
